Who We Are & What We Stand For
The Brotherhood Forge is a youth-led nonprofit organization working with boys and young men aged 12–25 in Tanzania. Founded in 2025, we nurture character, redefine masculinity, and foster leadership among young males who are often overlooked in mainstream empowerment programs.
To support young boys in Tanzania to overcome challenges like addiction, build life skills, and discover their purpose through sober living homes, counseling, and skills training — fostering resilience, responsibility, and leadership.

Young men in Tanzania face growing identity and emotional challenges. Pressured by harmful gender norms and limited outlets, many turn to violence, substance abuse, or isolation. The Brotherhood Forge steps in to change that story.

Digital Campaigns, Fathers & Sons Dialogues, National Summit
How: A continuous social media campaign (#HealingIsMasculine) shares stories of transformation. Quarterly facilitated dialogues heal intergenerational relationships. An annual "Young Men of Purpose" summit inspires and connects youth leaders.
Management: Led by the Grants & Communications Manager (Annastacia Erick Nchimbi) and Graphics & Social Media Manager (To be hired), supported by Event Volunteers (Tier 3).
